I’ve been using the Thesis Beauty 2-in-1 West Indies Scrub + Mask for a number of years now, & although I’m always up for trying new things – this is definitely one of my Top 2 Go-To’s of all time (this is my other one)! It’s basically the best way to exfoliate skin without using plastic beads, harsh chemicals, abrasive particles or aggressive acids.

 What I love most is that it’s a 2-in-1 Scrub + Mask Combo, but it also contains only 9, super-clean & super-effective ingredients – that are all fair-trade, organic, non-GMO, raw, cold-processed, gluten-free, cruelty-free & vegan.

How I Use It

I use it 2-3 times a week & usually mix it with a splash of water & a little Manuka Honey, leaving it on as a mask when I have time!
