♥ Description: These organic dry shampoos are, well, amazing. They are so easy to use and so effective that it’s not uncommon to go 3 days in between washings and all the while, your hair will look healthy and not at all oily. Besides, it’s simply not good to wash your hair every day, either. Plus, it’s time-consuming to wash, dry and style your hair day after day after day. Really, isn’t there something else you’d rather be doing? And if that’s not enough, these shampoos actually give your hair an awesome texture that doesn’t require as much styling products to have volume. In short, we LOVE these dry shampoos. To use: Just sprinkle (or dust with a powder brush) along the roots of your hair, wait a few minutes, and then comb through. That’s it. You’re done. Now go enjoy your free time, dang it! Vegan and Cruelty-Free, of course!

♥ The GG’s Opinion: Since I only wash my hair 1-2 x’s a week, I was happy to find a truly natural product like this. I’ve never tried a dry shampoo previously, or even looked into them for that matter… so I had no idea what to expect. Let. Me. Tell. You. I had no idea what I was missing Girl! The enticing combo of Grapefruit (refreshing) + Cardamom (spicy) is a tad exotic + complex, but definitely a unisex scent which is cool. And although I heart the smell of this, I find myself secretly wishing I would have opted for the more edgy Rose + Black Pepper variety – not because I don’t like this one, but simply because I’ve been on a Rose kick lately + am totally intrigued by that duo! I’ve only used this a few times in the past few weeks + only when I need it. This definitely absorbs the oil from my hair, which of course is FAB and even gives my locks a little volume + bounce. What? Yep, gives dirty hair, volume + bounce. You read that right. While I’m still experimenting with the best way to apply it on my Dark, Chocolate Brown Hair, I’m really enjoying this! It saves me so much time (like, as in almost 2 hours to wash, dry + curl my hair) but it has definitely taken a little practice though! Not even gonna lie. Right off the bat, once I knew the powder was white-ish, I was concerned that it would make my hair look gray. So, just to be sure, I tested it out when I knew I wasn’t going out anywhere. Followed the directions by using about a dime size… and that may have been a tad much for my dark hair. The second time, I sprinkled in my hands first, then tried to sprinkle in my hair and I think I put a little too much in one place. Third, I just sprinkled it directly into the parts of my hair by gently tapping the container… like as in, a dash here and there. Worked WAY better! And once you brush your hair + blend it… no traces of powder or gray tints remain. I was ecstatic! I think I’m going to try to use a makeup brush to apply it next. Practice makes perfect, right? ;) Truth be told though… I wish it were tinted to match my hair a little more just incase of a spill. Another thing I wanted to point out is that I really like that the package is 100% post consumer- but have had a few instances where some powder seems to escape the container once it’s closed somehow. So if you travel, or bring it to the gym- this might be an issue (then a again, maybe I have a faulty container). I also wish this were slightly more affordable since this is something I know I’d use on a regular basis… I think it’s a bit pricey for what it is. Other than that I would totally purchase this again! It’s a LOVE! Thank for creating SUCH a FAB product Clara + SkinnySkinny! xo.
