♥ The GG’s Opinion: I should start by clarifying that this is one of those types of products where there is no ‘healthy’ version… just a less toxic version (like Hair Dye, Nail Polish Remover, Sunless Tanner, etc.), and a 3 + Free version would be it. The safest Nail Polishes available on the market today are actually water-based ones which are a kinda high maintenance (have to cure overnight, don’t wear as well, peel off in water, or last as long). So it’s a trade-off… this is the next best thing. I’m a HUGE fan of girly colors like Reds, Pinks, Burgundy’s + French Manicures. The colors I received were: (not in the photo above BTW) Jersey Beauty, American Beauty, Park Princess, Alister Stella Gray Rose + the Speedy Dry Top Coat. My favorites were American Beauty, Jersey Beauty (surprise, surprise!) + the Speedy Dry Top Coat. Wasn’t crazy about Park Princess + really didn’t like Alister Stella Gray Rose at all- just wasn’t my thing. I appreciate the squared off bottles which make them easy to store (yes, I’m OCD), the brushes aren’t too long (you know what I’m talking about) and I can get away with one coat if I had to. Woo-hoo! Like I said in my Nail Polish Remover Review… I’m guilty as charged for for doing my nails as I’m walking out the door, so it’s a huge plus that it dries super-smooth + super-fast! Since these still smell like Nail Polish (fumes are not nearly as harsh though) + do contain chemicals… I try to give myself a little break from painting my Tootsies in the Winter + my nails, when ever else I can. I’ve come a long way in the past few years… I was that girl who wouldn’t be caught dead without a fresh Mani + Pedi… but I’m okay with that now. I’ll pick my battles. Another thing I adore about Priti NYC 3 Free Polishes is that I can also get away without a top coat if need be (Mani lasts me about 1 – 1 1/2 weeks without) but I totally heart the glossiness of their Speedy Dry Top Coat (lasts 1 1/2 – 2 weeks with)! Unlike many conventional Nail Product Companies, they even have a Nail Polish Recycling Program where you can Recycle your old Nail Polish by mailing them in + they dispose of your old ones properly.
