1. Dr. Bronner’s 18-in-1 Liquid Castile Soap, $ 6
When it comes to Dr. Bronner’s soap, your options are endless! Literally. There are literally thousands of uses… from washing your floor to brushing your teeth! Just ask Eminem. And yes, I’ve brushed my teeth with it! That’s what happens when you’d rather pack more shoes than beauty products for vacay. Weekly, I use it to wash my makeup brushes + tools, clean my bathroom + even keep a tiny 2 oz. bottle in my bag so I don’t have to use toxic, restroom soap on the go. They have several scent options, but my fave is the Baby Mild. It’s unscented, so I add whatev essential oils I’m feeling at that moment, or I just leave it as is. This is a miracle in a bottle + an absolute must have.
2. Adorn Cosmetics Hydrating Cream Mineral Foundation, $ 60
This fabulous, camera ready, cream foundation is really lightweight, but has full coverage! It contains organic shea butter, jojoba oil + grapefruit extracts, so it’s super hydrating + non-oily – perfect for those who need more coverage or those who have more mature skin. The downside? Aside from the price (yikes!), there are also no stockists in the US. I wish I didn’t love this so much, because it’s going to be an expensive habit!
3. ZuZu Luxe Liquid Eyeliner, $ 15
Out of all the natural liquid eyeliners I’ve tried so far, this one is still the best! It glides on easily, is highly pigmented + doesn’t flake off! It’s enriched with vitamins + herbal extracts to gently smooth + protect the delicate eye area. It’s also fab for sensitive eyes + contact lens wearers (like me) who need fragrance free + water resistant eye makeup. Did someone say Cat Eye? Meow!
4. S.W. Basics of Brooklyn Lip Balm, $ 15 (set of 4)
Organic lip balms are a dime a dozen + often end up being too sticky, draggy, greasy or waxy. These super, certified organic lip balms are one of my must-haves, because they soak in + heal without leaving behind any leftover stuff! S.W. Basics uses only the absolutely essential ingredients for all their products, so there’s nothing going on your mouth – that shouldn’t be going in your mouth! They also come in 4 amazing flavors, including cinnamon, citrus, peppermint + cocoa.
5. Blissful Bean Turtle Scrub, $ 18
This sweet + spicy exfoliating scrub uses some of my favorite organic ingredients! Coffee has healing + astringent properties, along with natural caffeine that’s known to tone + firm. Coconut contains essential fatty acids for moisture + hydration. Cane sugar is a natural exfoliant, containing alpha-hydroxy acids. Cacao has antioxidant properties to protect + heal the skin from oxidation + last, but not least, cinnamon warms + circulates making it perfect for fall + winter months! Yum!
