Cinnamon, Nutmeg + Honey are antiseptic + antibacterial powerhouses for acne with amazing healing properties! The Cinnamon detoxifies by bringing blood + oxygen to the surface to open pores + dries out affected areas. Nutmeg helps relieve pain + inflammation, while removing blackheads. And, the Honey seals in nourishment for new cell turnover while reducing the appearance of scars + fine lines. This is one of my go-to, all time fave natural beauty treatments! See my mask version of this, here!

July 1, 2014 at 10:25 pmOh no! So sorry to hear that Sky! :( Some people have super-sensitive skin, so it’s always important to spot-test first.
Everyone…. pretty please read the “TIPS” section of this post before trying! Especially if you’re like me + almost always exfoliate before applying a facial mask! XO <3

July 25, 2017 at 7:04 amDo we store it in the fridge?
Danielle
July 26, 2017 at 2:27 pmHi Teresa! Nope, you shouldn’t have to because there’s no water in it + it’s such a small amount it usually doesn’t last more than a few days for me anyway. ❤️

January 26, 2021 at 8:26 pmHow long does it’ll last if I want to store them in a container?
Danielle
January 30, 2021 at 3:52 pmI’m not sure… I usually make just enough to get me through the week when I’m breaking out. So… it doesn’t last me longer than that. You can also 1/2 the recipe if you’re not going through it fast enough though. I personally just mix it as I go. 😉
