December 12, 2016 at 11:23 amHardest time is definitely nail polish! I’m still looking for a really safe one that delivers, most of the 5 free have still lots of toxins inside of them and the really clean ones just don’t work :/
Lydia
December 12, 2016 at 11:25 amI have sampled so many green beauty brands! I have found lots of great organic alternatives to my old traditional beauty products… Except for eyeliner! I love a good solid black winged look and I haven’t found anything with the staying power of my old liners. But I won’t give up!

December 12, 2016 at 2:51 pmI’ve had a hard time finding face lotion/cream that doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin and cause breakouts. I’ve found 2 so far but hope to find more so my options aren’t so limited.
Shampoo is another big one. A former natural brand I used for years got discontinued and I’ve been struggling to find something that works well with my hair.

December 12, 2016 at 7:15 pmI luckily have switched years ago so I have found a lot of replacements, but I miss all of the eyeshadow palette hypes! Like urban decay- I miss those bright super bold and pigmented shadows that were pressed!! And over the top. It’s very hard to find that in the natural realm. I want a super bright palette that isn’t toxic ??

December 12, 2016 at 9:18 pmI made the switch to natural beauty about a year in a half ago. It was pretty easy to find makeup I liked thanks to youtube. I struggled with deodorant but finally found one this past summer. I’m still having a hard time finding a type of hairspray, or hair products that can hold my curls when I style my hair.

December 12, 2016 at 9:44 pmThe hardest natural makeup product that I’ve been having difficult switching to has got to be eyeliner. I’ve tried quite a few natural eyeliners, but the ones that I’ve tried typically cake up, don’t stay on, and smudge far too easily. I have found that 100% pure’s liquid eyeliner is the best out there for natural eyeliner (so far!)

Candace Lynn B.
December 13, 2016 at 8:32 amMascara, pressed powder and cover stick are the natural products I have the hardest time switching to. Once I find something I tend to stick with it for price reasons or because it works well. I have tried a few natural brands and like something about them but they couldn’t quite replace what I normally used for certain reasons. I do need to explore and experiment more. I have switched to many bath and beauty products for organic and natural ones over the years. It’s just those three last items I need to find natural replacements that are waterproof if possible and provide cover.

I have spent money on so many lines that I thought would help me and just ended up very disappointed and out of the money spent.
